GTM Coaching System

This directory contains the GTM coaching system for Solanasis. It provides structured coaching sessions using a 3-voice mastermind panel (Strategist, Closer, Builder), tracks decisions and action items across sessions, and integrates with the CRM pipeline and outreach infrastructure. Sessions are triggered via the /gtm-coach Claude Code skill.

Quick Start

  1. Open a Claude Code session from the _my working directory
  2. Type /gtm-coach or “coaching session” or “coach me”
  3. Claude loads context (CRM data, recent sessions, action items) automatically
  4. Answer the 6 coaching interview questions
  5. Review the diagnosis, prescription, and debate
  6. Approve or modify the action items
  7. Optionally execute action items immediately (e.g., send cold emails via /cold-outreach)

Session Cadence

  • Recommended: 2x per week (Monday morning + Friday afternoon)
  • Monday session focus: Week planning, pipeline review, action item assignment
  • Friday session focus: Execution review, time audit, wins + misses, next week prep
  • Weekly coaching digest: Generated automatically Sundays at 6 PM MT, references session logs

Integration with Other Systems

  • Cold Outreach Skill (/cold-outreach): Can be invoked at end of coaching session to immediately execute email action items
  • Weekly Coaching Digest (scheduled-tasks/04-weekly-coaching-digest-prompt.md): Reads session logs and action items for the Sunday digest
  • Cold Email Preflight (solanasis-scripts/cold_email_preflight.py): Skill runs this to check email infrastructure health before recommending cold email actions
  • Outreach Pipelines (solanasis-scripts/fcto-pipeline/, foundation-pipeline/, msp-pipeline/, etc.): Skill can recommend running specific pipeline scripts

File Naming Conventions

  • Session logs: YYYY-MM-DD-gtm-coaching-session.md (e.g., 2026-04-14-gtm-coaching-session.md)
  • Weekly reviews: YYYY-WXX-weekly-review.md (e.g., 2026-W16-weekly-review.md)
  • Revenue Sprint plans: Revenue_Sprint_{descriptor}_{YYYY-MM-DD}.md
  • Outreach strategy: outreach-strategy-{YYYY}-{quarter}.md
