Coaching Decisions Log
Append-only log of strategic decisions made during GTM coaching sessions. Each entry records the decision, rationale, which voice(s) drove it, and the date. Never delete entries — they form the decision history for pattern analysis.
How to Use
After each /gtm-coach session, append a new H2 section at the top of the
“Decision Log” section (reverse chronological order) using this template:
YYYY-MM-DD — [Decision Title]
- Decision: [What was decided]
- Rationale: [Why — what data or logic drove this]
- Voice(s): [Strategist / Closer / Builder — who drove this decision]
- Alternatives considered: [What was rejected and why]
- Review date: [When to revisit this decision — typically 2-4 weeks out]
- Status: Active | Revised | Superseded
