Regenerative community living is the key to addressing the biggest issues of our time. By coming together in highly organized ways that properly reward participation we can grow and thrive in communal abundance while living far more sustainably.

Mission & Vision

Our mission is to cultivate an extensive network of regen co-op community homes and businesses to make it easy for anyone with the desire to step into a holistic lifestyle. Our vision is to create a parallel economy that incentivizes properly caring for the land and for each other.

The Keys to Regenerative Living

The keys to regenerative living are fairly straightforward but we live in a society without the proper incentives and an individualist culture. Our model provides a high level of communal abundance within each home and the greater network while addressing all the common pitfalls of co-living and stewarding of the commons, including financially incentivizing and gamifying the process of participation.

Our refined recipe for high-functioning co-op communities and businesses allows us to kickstart new ones easily and let them take on a life of their own within the context of a larger tight-knit network. Our intention is to find the beautiful balance between communal sharing and individual sovereignty.

Community Homes Network

Although there are plenty of pros around large scale land-based developments and we will eventually dabble in those ventures, we are initially focusing on utilizing existing single-family homes to quickly create regenerative communities where the utility of the properties are maxed out.

We retrofit homes into the ultimate co-living and co-working properties, with spaciousness created around the typical bottlenecks of kitchens and bathrooms. We utilize ADUs and Tiny Homes in order to provide more living spaces.

We believe that smaller nodes inside of a network of networks provides the greatest resiliency, flexibility and autonomy, but we understand that critical mass is necessary so we aim for finding distressed adjacent properties to join together and focus on specific neighborhoods.

High Level of Sharing & Abundance

Our community homes provide all the basic needs of food, water, clothing and transportation, through a single monthly fee, encouraging members to share more and consume less. Our tiered approach, holistic levels and sponsorship programs means that we are able to accommodate people desiring to live at vastly different levels.

Our stocked pantry provides all the basic bulk ingredients and our gardens and food forests provide a variety of fresh options, allowing our members to never have to shop in grocery stores. Our shared fleet of mostly electric vehicles and programs to incentivize members to share their vehicles allows us to provide ample transportation options. Members bring any clothes that they don’t wear regularly into a community-wardrobe.

High-Standards & Accountability

By far the biggest issue in communities, after interpersonal ones, is lack of accountability, leading to the well known effect of the tragedy of the commons. Our solution is having high-standards set by each sub-community, combined with stewardship of goods and spaces, along with accountability ultimately backed up with financial penalties. Additionally we utilize professional services to ensure maintenance.

Tiered Approach & Onramp

We utilize a tiered approach in order to make some of our homes and spaces accessible to people at all income levels while being able to offer higher-end and high-standard accommodations. Members in the higher tiers can access all the amenities at the lower ones but not vice-versa.

We provide ample opportunities for individuals to uplevel through our various community-based businesses and startup incubator. The tiers also help with the vetting processes, ensuring that people are supported sufficiently during the onboarding process and ready to step into cohesive co-living.

Supporting-Members, Co-Working and Event Spaces

Some members may choose to live elsewhere and just participate as Supporting-Members, which provides them with access to the rest of the highly-desirable amenities in the network, like the co-working and event spaces. This allows members to onramp by dipping their toes in and eventually choose to co-live once they are ready to take the full plunge.

We put a large emphasis on the co-working and event spaces in order to be a hub for the greater community, like a regen community center, and to be able to host workshops and classes.

Network Effect

Our network effect and focus on specific geographic areas allows us to provide a high-degree of sharing an abundance of resources effectively and providing a variety services. It’s the key to scaling, operating at a high-level and creating parallel micro-economies.

By structuring the networks in a nested format we can provide autonomy and experimentation within the micro scale while enjoying the buffeting effect on a macro scale.

The larger our network becomes, the more of a Goldilocks effect we can produce within each community home.

Goldilocks Effect

The Goldilocks effect in communities means finding the perfect one where you fit in just right, which can be a huge challenge but by utilizing our matching system and by bringing the various communities together in person to connect deeply, people can see who they resonate with the most and apply to live together.

Coherence is the magical state when a community is vibing exceptionally well together, which makes it much easier for things to flow there and for personal growth.

Psychology & Growth Mindset

Most communities struggle and even fail due to the interpersonal dynamics, which is why we account for this and put so much emphasis on the psychology of developing a growth mindset, including incentivizing coaching, peer therapy, mediation and conflict resolution.

We are able to provide all these services, which typically feel out of reach, mostly through community members in our extensive network, who are compensated through our tokens or through rent deductions.

Our holotropic approach includes facilitating weekly events, such as authentic-relating dinners and group outings, which bring and bond people together, making it easier for them to work through challenges and love each other.

Bringing People Together

We incentivize the organization of regularly scheduled events, especially community meals and nature excursions, since these are the glue that creates the strong bonds which help people get through the interpersonal challenges and make sharing so much easier.

Governance & Transparency

We utilize a sociocracy approach for our governance in order to provide a balanced leadership structure all the way up the chain, so each community has elected leaders which elect regional leaders and so on to represent their interests.

DAOs have revolutionized how organizations practice transparency so we pick the best parts of this new way of functioning to ensure that everyone within the organization can see all the details and provide their input.

Our Economic Model

Our rent starts at about twice the market rate because we offer a fully-inclusive living environment and because we provide so many ways to recoup the costs by participating in the community, so if a person takes full advantage of the opportunities they are able to live of a third or even a quarter of the amount they would normally need to live by themselves, while enjoying a lot more free time.

Most of our incentives are provided as tokens to be redeemed within the community, like for rent or supplemental goods and services, in order to encourage the creation of a parallel economy and transitioning away from fiat.

We utilize a variety of legal vehicles with the core being the co-ops, which allow people to buy into the community, just as if they were buying equity in a home, allowing them to participate in profit sharing while locking in the value of their dollars, preventing the diminishing effects of inflation since our token value is on bonded on an augmented curve, incentivizing early adopters while preventing outright speculation.

Our nonprofit allows us to receive donations for goods which can be utilized within the community network and the greater community, essentially creating an alternative to Goodwill for high-worth items.

Investment Opportunity

In addition to our co-op token investment option, we provide a traditional investment opportunity for impact investors with a 5% yearly return in fiat or a 10% yearly return in tokens. We believe that providing people the security of the necessities of water, food and shelter is the ultimate impact investment in this age of insecurity.

Since the co-op owns the real estate and we utilize refinancing as a way to cash out value we can guarantee returns in all market conditions, even as the recession unfolds.

Recession Riding

Recessions are actually wonderful opportunities to take advantage of the low property prices, especially foreclosures, and be able to offer housing with fully-inclusive living costs that ends up being much less then people were paying when living individually.

We provide a program to prevent foreclosures for people wishing to enter their homes into our network, where they short-sell it to us and we provide them with credit for their equity that they can utilize to rent in the network.

As more people downsize and donate their unused items, we are able to add them to our network to be utilized in the most efficient ways, like through our community-based businesses.

Co-Op Community-Based Businesses

We take a professional approach to the services utilized by the community by forming official co-op business which also serve the greater community through a PMA guided by the triple bottom line values. This is how we ensure that all the maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing, are performed properly to keep the spaces at a high-standard while keeping our rates affordable.

Our network of Co-Op Businesses allows us to provide a plethora of evergreen employment opportunities for community members, encouraging them to move into one of our network hotspots and learn new skills while working in conscious businesses.

A PMA structure allows us to bypass some of the onerous regulations in addition to providing subscription revenue to the network and encouraging more usage of the services to get more value from the subscription fee.

The cornerstones of our co-op businesses are cleaning, handyperson, pet-services and tiny home building since we believe that these will always be in high-demand. Our tiny home building is primarily intended for our network but we aim to expand to keep up with the growing demand nationally.

Startup-Incubator &

Sponsorship-Programs

Life can be challenging so we provide special sponsorship opportunities to individuals who are struggling and wouldn’t be able to afford the cost of becoming a member and living in our network of community homes.

Our startup-incubator program provides a runway for aspiring entrepreneurs to have the time, space and some funding to launch their ventures in a supportive environment by exchanging shares of their business.

Resiliency

Resiliency is a major focus so we aim for being as self-reliant as possible in order to minimize our connection to the grid and supply chains. One of our core values is that water and soil are sacred, so we make sure to use it as wisely as possible, capturing all the graywater and rainwater possible, storing copious amounts of it and growing in innovative ways where the soil uses as little water as possible.

We utilize aquaponics and other smart permaculture growing methods that produce exceptionally high yield while being able to produce high protein and high nutrient products.

We believe that there is an abundance of food already being grown but the food preservation and distribution systems are the keys to ensuring we prevent food waste, so we partner with producers and markets to convert their potential waste into value added products.

Our Twist

Mastermind groups are traditionally used to create a team of highly-skilled individuals that complete each other, helping the members get further in their business ventures then they could by themselves. Our mastermind group takes a hybrid approach combining this original concept along with a deep spiritual side and peer coaching aspect for personal growth.

Our Mission

Our collective mission is to keep proceeding with grace and faith on this journey of enlightenment and transcending the egoic desires to be as clear of a conduit as possible for what wants to be birthed through us. To keep redefining the membrane of “me” in order to see more “we”.

Authenticity and Vulnerability

Trust is the key to opening up fully to expose our shadows to the light. Trust with all the members in the group and trust with Spirit for the unfolding of life. We dive in deeply with each others to fully understand what are our hindrances for playing the game at a high level.

Authenticity and vulnerability are prerequisites to doing the work, and its pretty clear when people are showing up fully. We aim to develop a high level of trust and openness so there are no sacred cows and we can dive right in without holding back.

Growth has intense painful moments that we are here to help each other work through by pairing up into smaller support groups. The aim is to steer into the pain, to be forged in the fire, so the more brutally honest our members are with each other, the more our egos are challenged and the more we can grow through this.

Mindset

Mindset is everything so we are cultivating the bulletproof mindset of a Stoic, along with deep wealth of Zen and the pronoia of a Mystic. This type of mindset allows us to shift and rewrite our stories to step into a powerful way of living. We see that everything is happening for us, instead of to us.

We are living in a conscious universe and we are spiritual beings having a human experience, so we can’t take life too seriously. We are here to play this beautiful game of life and keep leveling up. We are reframing the narrative of what success and freedom looks like.

Accountability and Inspiration

Accountability to people who see our potential is the key to getting shit done and to 10x our visions in a society where the vast majority of people live lives of quiet desperation. We make our goals really clear to the group and we have specific buddies which follow up with us to ensure that we are meeting those goals.

Inspiration comes naturally when you surround yourself with driven people. We keep an intimate feel by limiting the group size to 9 people.

Homework

In order to get everyone on the same page with our understandings and to create some food for thought, we require some basic reading and watching lists created and upvoted by the group members.

There is also the work of journaling and sharing, starting with our dreams, excitements and fears. Writing out these essentials is a prerequisite to becoming a member and starting the process of opening up to the group.

Commitment

You are the average of the people that you spend the most time, so asking for just an hour each week feels like a bare minimum that everyone should be able to meet most of the time. Currently, the proposed meeting time is 8am PDT on Thursdays to accommodate peeps outside of the Americas and to not interfere with all the other meetings.

We start with a 3 month commitment and require a $300 deposit which is returned at the end if you attend two thirds of the meetings. At the end of the 3 months we can commit to dive in deeper with some of the members for a 6 month commitment and/or we can seed new mastermind groups.

Once we have 9 people the group is closed for it’s lifecycle and there is a waitlist formed for the next cohort.

Summits

Coming together in real life is by far the most synergistic and allows a much deeper dive so we aim to have a gathering at a summit, like Emerge, during some point of the group’s lifecycle. Ideally, we create our own summit to seed more of these mastermind groups to help each other keep tackling the biggest challenges of our time.

We believe that everyone has immense potential that’s just waiting to be unleashed for the actualization of their archetypal purpose but without the right environment and support frameworks most people end up just wishful thinking or needlessly struggling.

Mission

Our mission at the Creators-Hub is to empower people to realize their true nature and actualize their true potential through following the path of their archetypal purpose.

The need for willpower fades away when we are on our path of self-actualization so we unfold into the highest versions of ourselves mentally, physically and spiritually while being of service to something greater.

Programs

The core of the Creators-Hub is an Non-Profit Institute and Network focused on empowerment, embodiment and enlightenment for entrepreneurs, leaders and game changers. Our Co-Op wing operates a unique network of holistic, regenerative campuses as co-living communities centered around our Institutes programs.

We specialize in multi-month fully-inclusive residency programs which establish the habits and mindset necessary to keep stepping into our highest potential and living continuously with purpose. We also offer week long and lunar-cycle retreats to allow high-impact and high-performance people to experience a taste of our unique container and practices at our campuses.

Our programs specifically include a wide variety of disciplines, such as meditation, yoga, martial arts, dance, the art of speaking & listening, strength training, natural movement, wilderness survival and cold exposure, to help people realize their superhuman abilities and gain an extreme level of confidence grounded in a solid foundation.

Embodiment & Vitality Focus

Our version of a regenerative community goes far beyond the basic foundation of permaculture, zero-waste and climate neutral initiatives, all the way to naturally healing the mind and body of diseases to thrive with vitality and clarity. A holistic approach to mental health is a major component of our programs, with the goal of transcending anxiety and depression.

We focus on scientifically proven methods of a mindfulness, nutritious diet, smart movement practices, heart-coherence, highly-effective healing modalities and deep restorative sleep in order to hack our way to exquisite wellbeing. Our goal is to help people age backwards while living their dream lives.

Embodiment practices aren’t just for feeling great on a day to day basis, they also serve to strengthen your intuition for greater guidance and tap into peak-states. When we learn to trust and act on our gut feelings, we feel the flow of life’s current carrying us downstream.

Flow is the mystical state of being where our brains secrete all of our neurotransmitters, time slows down and we are no longer actively doing. The work is being done through us as a conduit. This is where magic happen and creativity unfurls. We now have the methods for reliably taping into flow states at any time.

People can argue for days about which diet and exercise is the best, but now we have biofeedback devices and other objective testing methods of measuring the affects of what’s actually working for our minds and bodies.

This is where all the greatest ideas that have transformed our world come from. Our mental bodies are extremely limited and tend to overthink and overcomplicate, which is why we focus on our where our real power lies; our subconscious minds.

Coaching, Mentoring and the Empowered Mindset

Coaching, both professionally and from peers, is one of the most helpful things we include in our programs because we need others to help us see our own blind spots and accountability for our commitments.

Mentorship, especially from our elders, provides us with the gift of nuggets of wisdom earned over many decades of failure and success. Our goal is to help you step into the an empowered mindset where you feel confident, inspired and ready to take on bigger and bigger puzzles.

When we consciously choose to take on big puzzles, which are called challenges by most people, we are making the rest of the situations in our lives easier because it provides us with greater perspective and a shift in mindset.

Co-Op Model

We’ve designed an ingenious co-op structure for our communities so our members and investors are also owners with dynamic governance rights, kind of like a DAO, but way more organized and without the speculation.

We allow members to use their shares for living in our communities, earn shares for work-trade and earn dividends on their remaining shares. Our investor-class allows steady quarterly return in dividends while foregoing the voting rights.

The Institute

The Creators-Hub Institute, a 501c3 nonprofit, is our way of being able to offer the culmination of all the knowledge that we cultivate through our programs and endeavors at low or no cost to consumer. One of our main offerings is a set of courses and playbooks designed for regenerative game changers to increase their ripples of impact.

Regenerative Solutions Hub

We need all hands on deck with all cylinders firing for the tsunami of a meta-crisis that has been building up. This is why our programs are so comprehensive and focused on team dynamics and taking radical responsibility.

There is so much knowledge and data that’s available to help us with creating solutions but its scattered, redundant and unreliable. We are building out our own knowledge-graph style repository with the help of some key allies in order to create a semantic web of knowledge and data that provides us with essentially a next-level regenerative version of Wikipedia based around a trust-network.

Alumni Trustful-Collaborative-Network

Everyone who successfully goes through our full multi-year program, including a residency stint, is welcomed into The Creators-Hub Trustful-Collaborative-Network full of other amazing individuals who have dedicated their lives to being of service to something greater then their egoic desires. Our network provides key connections, mentorship opportunities, outreach for help and the ability to indirectly trade time through our “current-sees” time-bank to begin to transcend fiat in relationships with members.

Youth-Programs and Rites of Passage

We are passionate about providing our youth opportunities to start their journeys into radical responsibility, including entrepreneurship and leadership, as early as possible. We provides special courses and camps for our youth to have a viable alternative to traditional education, where they are able to learn much quicker on the fly while launching their own ventures with mentorship from elders.

Rites of Passage is one of the most fundamental initiations into adulthood and most of us never have the chance to go through one. Although they vary from culture to culture, we have chosen a technique derived from the First Nations of America, called a Vision-Quest where we go out into the wilderness with only water and minimal amount of gear to be by ourselves. Upon returning to society we are transformed and ready to step into new levels of responsibility with our driving purpose revealed.

Scholarships, Work-Trade and Equity-Exchange

We believe that everyone who has the willingness to take on such a challenging immersion as ours should be able to without the financial barrier, which is why we provide Scholarships, Work-Trade and Equity-Exchange. Our ecosystems of ventures within our network provides a myriad of opportunities for people of all sorts of talents to plugin and exchange.

Our startup incubator equity-exchanges are the most popular route as they allow founders to trade equity for the costs of the residency programs, providing them the best runway possible and taking some of the pressure of startup-life.

The Power of Moonshots

Moonshots are when we 100x our trajectory with our ventures which forces us to think and act completely differently because that’s the only way to achieve such audacious goals. You can’t just increase the amount of time you work or effort because it’s finite and it’s unsustainable but you can try new unconventional tactics that you probably wouldn’t have otherwise.

The beauty of Moonshots is that it doesn’t matter whether they succeed or not in the conventional sense because during the process you will have gained invaluable skills, abilities and insights that will help you in every part of life and whatever venture you choose to take on next.

Community-Living and Residency Programs

Living in Community provides the perfect immersion opportunities to practice the skills and accountability we need to grow into our highest version. The empowering effects from a supercharged seminar or retreat wear of within weeks and lets be frank, weekly zoom calls are no replacement for connecting with people in real life on daily basis.

We believe that community living is the way of the future, partially out of necessity as the meta-crisis unfolds, so we are getting ahead of the curve by fine tuning the recipes for resilient co-living containers for different cultures. Our goal is to provide such a beautifully organized fully-inclusive community living experience, it redefines how co-living can bring us more time, energy, safety and bliss then living alone.

Transcending Addiction & Transitional Housing

Our co-living community container is so holistic and structured that we believe its the perfect transitional housing for those bright souls who have been struggling with addiction which has been hindering them from living with a true excitement for life and creating from a sacred space.

We only allow certain natural substances in a ceremonial setting to help us rewrite our past, see into the future and rewire our neural connections. So there are almost no temptations or addictive behaviors within the community. We host plenty of events that bring the greater community into our tight container so there is no need to go out for social interaction.

Investing in your Future

The best investment you can make is in yourself; your education, your empowerment and your embodiment. This is how you can be of greatest service to the world while living a life of freedom and purpose.

The second best investment you can make is in the future generations. Paying it forward is not just morally rewarding, it’s also a law of reciprocity that you must give before you can truly receive.

We believe that investing in regenerative community, like the Creators-Hub, is by far the best way to ensure that no matter what happens in the world, all your needs are provided for the rest of your life and that you are able to pass on from this life with dignity surrounded by people who love and appreciate you.

Our environment has a profound influence on us and will either create upward or downward spirals for us, which is why one of the biggest challenges in recovery is entering back into an environment and lifestyle that caused our issues. It’s no surprise that people struggle with reintegration so relapse occurs far too often, causing a vicious feedback loop.

Your Community is the Key

Traditional transitional-housing facilities can help provide a supportive environment but their effectiveness is inconsistent and leaves a lot to be desired. At the Creators-Hub, we take an innovative approach to recovery and transitional-housing by helping people realize and actualize their true purpose for living, which is the key to effortless wellbeing.

Flow is the magical, transcendental state that allow us to channel life-force energy to create with Effortless-Action. We focus on teaching the scientifically-proven techniques that allow us to drop into our flow so anyone can access this state at will.

Researchers believe that flow is actually a type of super-happiness where all 6 of the brain chemicals are being released simultaneously, which no drug has ever been able to do without side-effects.

Once you’ve learned to consistently tap into flow and feel the divine bliss of being fully present, especially in group settings, its easy to abstain from unhealthy habits that interfere with this state.

Although our programs are strongly geared towards game-changing entrepreneurs and leaders, we also focus highly on Mastery, Craftsmanship and Creativity, so people without a desire to enter into business or politics have a place where they can find their flow, aka “their happy place”, perfecting their craft.

Mentorship and Guidance

We are passionate about engaging our elders so that they can share their wisdom and feel a sense of purpose, which keeps their life-force pulsing. Everyone coming into our program is matched with at least one mentor that they meet with regularly and can call upon for guidance.

The Creators-Hub consistent daily, weekly and monthly rhythm provides our members with the foundation for achieving our personal versions of success, while living the life of our dreams. We adapt our base schedules to each culture and season to ensure it feels aligned.

Instead of focusing on goals, which rarely produce the truly desired outcomes, we emphasize the systems and consistent habits which allow us to easily achieve and surpass our intentions over time by stepping into a new version of ourselves.

We believe that you are always at will so there are no requirements to participate in any part of the schedule. You are always welcome to propose alternatives and experiments. The key here is group dynamics and accountability; the more people that are participating together, the greater the energy and more likely the consistency and results.

Stacking Functions and Efficient Flow

By combining multiple functions in our routines and ensuring the most efficient flow we are able to achieve a much higher level of wellbeing in way less time, so you’re not having to choose between productivity or only certain forms of wellbeing.

You’re much more likely to stick with hyper-efficient routines which produce the same results as significantly longer practices, especially when you’re used to stringing the practices together, like a quick power-yoga flow before your mediation.

Supercharging and Unwinding

We’ve designed a powerful daily rhythm based on the latest scientific evidence. Our morning routine is designed for supercharging us both mentally, physically and spiritually for taking on the demands of each day, which in turn sets us up for a deeply restorative nights sleep, especially after our evening unwinding routines.

The Power of Rest

We put so much emphasis on deep sleep and proper rest because it’s now widely understood that quality sleep is where the vast majority of our mind and body’s healing processes happen, so sleep is more important that diet and exercise combined.

We believe that life is a marathon, not a sprint, so we emphasize long-term viability and never sacrificing sleep or rest in order to work more hours, because it’s bound to backfire and cause more trouble then it’s worth. If you’ve ever suffered from adrenal-fatigue you know how much of a toll it takes on you.

Holistic Health Focus

Our recommended schedule is based around a holistic view of learning and work; with an understanding of circadian rhythm, ultradian cycles, decision-fatigue and cortisol regulation. While most of our members are on a venture creation journey, some are on more of a healing and personal-growth path where the work sessions are shortened or replaced entirely with healing modalities.

Ultradian Cycles

Ultradian cycles are our bodies built-in rhythm throughout the day and essentially mean that our minds need a proper rest period after 90–120 minutes of sustained effort, in order to catch up and clean out the debris that accumulates as a result of our brain power being expended.

Respecting these cycles goes far beyond improving our productivity and making better choices, all the way to preventing and healing neuro-degenerative and stress-based diseases. There is no amount of supplements or stimulants that can truly override the need for these breaks.

The length of an ultradian break varies greatly on what you choose to do, like meditation vs talking to someone. Over time, especially with meditation and yoga breaks, you will become sensitive to the rising tide of energy returning and naturally carrying you back into your next work stint.

Decision-Fatigue

One of the main goals with having such a consistent and holistic daily rhythm and fully-inclusive lifestyle is to address decision-fatigue which can have major consequences. Think of decisions as a type of muscle that is flexed every single time you make a choice, so over the course of a day it becomes strained.

This is why super-creative people will often eat and dress in the exact same way each day (remember Steve Job’s black turtle necks); they are saving their decision making power for things that really matter to them.

Cortisol Regulation

Cortisol plays a powerful and generally misunderstood role in our bodies. Although chronically high cortisol levels are deadly, acute cortisol spikes done properly are natural, necessary and extremely beneficial for several reasons.

A cortisol spike happens automatically every morning as our signal to wake up. By doing a bit of breathwork and high-intensity exercise first thing in the morning we spike our cortisol level even higher, but by doing meditation afterwards we actually bring baseline cortisol level down and train our bodies to respond to stress in a healthy way.

This early morning intentional spike of cortisol, ideally combined with watching the sunrise, is also the key to setting our circadian rhythm so that our bodies will be ready to fall asleep naturally in the evening.

We also acutely spike our cortisol with bursts of exercise after our work sessions and before our meal times in order to boost our knowledge retention and prepare our bodies for intaking calories.

Pioneering Governance

Our pioneering governance model is influenced by DAO innovations and addresses the challenges of traditional co-op voting by integrating eDemocracy, Meritocracy, and Sociocracy.

Our eDemocracy system allows us to operate efficiently at scale, transparently and keep a low noise to signal ratio to maintain engagement in the long run. Our intention is to balance how every voice is important and should be heard, with the reality that some people are much more involved, informed or committed then others.

Weighted and proxy voting is a perfect way to utilize Sociocracy along with Meritocracy based on each members involvement and standing in the co-op. A max ratio of 1:10 ensures limitations on power among members, with the Board of Directors having a 1:100 ratio vote. But the ultimate goal is to have really clear processes and structures to ensure that we never have a close vote that could splinter the community.

Our model invites individuals to put skin in the game by investing in enough member-shares (369) in order to have a vote, but regardless, they get to cast their opinion so it’s really clear what the community desires. We limit the power that money can buy through making the investor-shares non-voting.

A well thought through Constitution ensures that we always stay aimed in the right direction of scaling our communities and social-enterprises to make them available to more people, without sacrificing well-being, high-standards or amenities.


Fellowships

At Co-Nexus, we believe in collaboration and forging powerful partnerships with fellowship programs. Our co-living community provides an inspiring environment for fellows to excel, offering access to a vibrant network of like-minded individuals and resources to support their projects.

Our economic model maximizes grant funding value, providing cost-effective housing, co-working spaces, and amenities, enabling fellows to focus on their work and personal development. By partnering with fellowships, we create a supportive ecosystem that efficiently translates grant funds into tangible, high-impact outcomes.

Additionally, Co-Nexus has its own foundation, The Regenerative Community Foundation, which offers fellowship opportunities. The greatest wealth transfer of all time is taking place as baby boomers age out and are presented with the tough choices of what to do with their hard-earned estates. The people with big hearts and no family usually donate their property to charities but those charities usually just sell off those beloved assets to fund their programs; usually with bloated administrations.

We aren’t The Solution to the meta-crises but our model is certainly a major piece of the puzzle, so please take a full deep breath and let us serenade your soul with our approach to a high-functioning community that can scale throughout the world.

Our Regenerative Model

We retrofit large single-family homes to create co-living communities that are ideally sized for intimacy (6-12 people) while also providing ample personal space.

Solar panels, greenhouses, gardens, tiny-homes and shared electric vehicles are all integral parts of our playbook to bring down our carbon footprint and eat locally.

We only focus on certain regions, which is initially just the Denver Metro Area, where we can tie enough of our community homes together to be able to scale the network effect.

All-Inclusive Lifestyle

Instead of paying rent, utilities, groceries, cleaning and car sharing as separate fees, we lump them all together in our Community-Fee, which is tiered based on amenity-level.

Our goal is to provide a much higher quality of life for much less thanks to the economies of scale.

This also frees up so much time that people normally spend on mundane activities, like grocery shopping, cleaning and car maintenance.

A Tiered Approach

Let’s face it, socialism sucks! Which is why we utilize a tiered system to provide vastly different amenity-levels per home at various price points.

Incentivize instead of Penalize

There are no chores or time requirements of our community members, because forcing people to do things just doesn’t work. Instead, we factor in the cleaning, mediation and other administrative costs in our fee and we compensate our members for keeping our community running professionally.

One of our unique twists is utilizing a co-op model where 1 share always equals 1 day of community-living.

This means that investing in your community is by far the best investment that you can make to ensure you have a place to call home for the rest of your days.

For those that can’t invest monetarily, we offer plenty of opportunities to earn shares by doing work in our community homes, offering an assurance that no matter what happens in the economy, your home is never in jeopardy.

Elder Care

Baby-boomers are facing some serious headwind as they strive to make it through their golden years without being bankrupted from medical care and not ending up in the mind-numbing purgatory of a nursing home.

Some of our community-homes are specially geared towards multi-generational living and caring for elders so that they can feel part of a family and die in a home surrounded by people they love.

We’ve learned the hard way that the utopian values of most intentional-communities are a recipe for disaster. But, we’ve also seen the special-sauce that actually makes communities functional, and its not that complicated.

First of all, we have a careful screening processes and probation period to ensure that everyone who comes into our community is a good fit for it.

Secondly, we provide ample pathways to establish trust and intimacy, like how communal meals are included and professionally facilitated to make the most of that time together instead of more small talk. (Just imagine being compensated to lead your friends on a hike or a bike ride because group outings build trust.)

Also, mediation and therapy are included in our fee, so that people can work through their problems without projecting on others.

Our goal is to demonstrate that harmonious community living is actually possible long term (without a Guru directing you).

Amplifying Impact of Foundations and Nonprofits

Philanthropy is at its height, at least in terms of the amount of assets that are available to be mobilized, yet most smaller nonprofits are struggling to fund their programs and keep up with all of the time consuming grant applications.

Larger Nonprofits don’t even come close to the level of impact of their more grassroots peers when it comes down to an impact-per-dollar basis. This is of course due to the nature of bureaucracy and administrative overhead that pushes them further away from the people that they are ultimately serving.

On the other hand, Foundations that provide grants can easily get overwhelmed by the sheer number of grant applications to where some choose to forego this process altogether and just provide grants to organizations that they already know or find somehow.

What if there was a better way for Foundations to make a larger impact by being able to clearly and objectively see who are the Nonprofits that would make the greatest use of their grants?

Why Hasn’t Someone Figured This Out Already

There are quite a few companies in the corporate wellness space but they all seem to fall short of our what we believe is possible. Just think about when was the last time that you met someone who actually made significant and lasting lifestyle changes thanks to their employer’s wellness initiatives and incentives.

The crux of the issue is that most of the existing programs are:

  • a one size fits all approach

  • watered down with metrics that don’t make a lasting impact

  • aren’t privacy focused

  • don’t provide enough incentives

  • don’t handle the critical onboarding process properly

  • are too expensive for smaller organizations

Our biggest takeaway from conducting end-user interviews is that no one wants their employer to know their health metrics, but they had a strong interest to participate in these kinds of wellness incentive programs if their privacy was respected and especially if they could receive valuable advice to help them improve their health in small ways over time.

Also, we found that end-users have very different incentive drivers. For example, some would much rather have their employer donate to a charity of their choice instead of directly receiving the equivalent of that amount.

Our Difference

We know that getting buy-in from employees and the onboarding process are critical, and that this is something that HR typically struggles with.

Leveraging Behavioral Psychology

Most of the existing solutions on the market fail to engage their users because their gamification and rewards just aren’t enough and take a one size fits all approach. We take an experimental approach to find the incentive levels that have the greatest ROI for your unique teams. Collaborating with PhD researchers allows us to be at the forefront of this fascinating branch of psychology.

For financial incentives, we set an upper-limit of 2 or 3% of an employees salary based on our agreement but we start with a much lower amount, like just 0.5% of their salary to evaluate how much this motivates them.

We also offer alternative options that can present a much higher driver and help them re-engage after set backs, like opting instead for a larger “jackpot” incentive, so each of their health metrics point are like lottery tickets.

Larger “prizes” can be the key to motivating those who are hardest to reach, while also keeping the cost of the incentives much lower than individual payouts of the same total amount.

Hyper competitive individuals may not care much about the financial incentives but are instead driven by leaderboards, where we can show their ranking among their peers while keeping the anonymity.

Some altruistic employees would much rather have their payout converted to a donation to a charity of their choice, especially if the employer matches it. This becomes a win-win as you’re able to make a tax-deductible donation while the employee feels beholden to not let their charity down.

Our proprietary algorithm automatically handles this fine tunning of incentives to offer based on the engagement of your unique teams, so as we understand what drives them better, we can dial in the approach that allows maximum ROI.

Plus, we handle the individual incentive payouts in order for employee’s health scores to remain private.

The Group-Based Approach

Positive peer pressure can be one of the most powerful drivers we can access. Our group-based approach allows teams to evenly split the incentives based on their aggregated scores and for you to be able to make the payouts yourself without having to use us as a trusted middleman.

We believe that generally the accountability to peers and group learning aspects will produce much better results than any of the individual incentives.

We require a minimum threshold of at least 12 people to ensure anonymity within the group, which also helps people from dropping out since they don’t want to disappoint their team mates.

Privacy-Focused yet Insightful

Employees are extremely hesitant to use any kind of health tracking apps if their employer can access their data. We respect their right to privacy by either using our anonymized group-based approach or being the trusted middleman handling the individual-based incentives so their employer never knows how an individual is scoring.

We only provide access to aggregated data for managers and executives to understand the overall health, including the trajectory and trends, of their organization and departments. We can provide these kinds of aggregated insights for team as long as there are at least 12 participating members to provide a level of anonymity.

Imagine being able to prevent burnout by being alerted when a department is being pushed too hard and seeing when they are recovered enough for the next sprint.

Furthermore, we can help managers benchmark their health trends against the cumulative aggregate of all of our other clients, allowing them to see how they stack up, while keeping all of the individual and company data private.

Our stringent privacy policy ensures that we will never sell or share any of individual data, so your staff can rest assured that their metrics will remain safe. Privacy and trust are at the forefront of all our key decisions and we make sure that end-users feel safe using our platform.

We know that trust is hard won and easily lost!

Security

We go beyond HIPPA compliance and ensure the highest level of data encryption possible, so that even if our databases were ever compromised there would be no way to connect the health data to an individual’s identifying data.

Plus, unlike so many of our competitors who use a “multi-tenant database”, we go the extra mile to utilize a “siloed” database approach to ensure that your data can never be accidentally or intentionally accessed by someone outside of your organization.

We regularly do security audits by trusted third-parties to ensure that our infrastructure remains hardened.

The 80/20 of Health Metrics

Pareto’s Principle states that about 80 percent of the results are from about 20% of the effort. Which is why we’ve chosen to focus on just the top 3 key health metrics that are easy to accurately measure with Apple, Garmin and Fitbit watches:

  1. Sleep Quality

  2. HRV - Heart Rate Variability

  3. Heart Rate Zone Training

These three metrics are intertwined and give the most accurate picture of someone’s overall health and lifestyle.

Since most people tend to fail when they set the bar to high (think of New Year’s Resolutions), we recommend the staggered approach where we start with tracking and feedback on just on metric at a time for a user.

Here is why we’ve chosen these 3 key metrics and why number of steps doesn’t matter compared to these.

#1: Sleep – The Cornerstone of Success

“Sleep is the single most effective thing we can do to reset our brain and body health each day — Mother Nature’s best effort yet at contra-death.”

If you aren’t already convinced that sleep is THE most important thing when it comes to mental, physical and emotional health, I challenge you to read through Matthew Walker’s seminal book ‘Why We Sleep’, which will probably scare you into giving yourself at least 7 hours of sleep opportunity each night.

The fascinating thing about sleep is its affects on appetite and blood-sugar levels, so it may be the first step in curbing diabetes and other metabolic disorders.

Here are some sobering stats to leave you with thanks to the CDC:

  • $411 billion is lost annually in economic productivity in the U.S. due to sleep deprivation, accounting for the equivalent of 1.2 million working days lost per year.

  • Poor sleep contributes to more than 100,000 motor vehicle crashes each year, resulting in an estimated 71,000 injuries and 1,550 fatalities .

  • 40% of adults report unintentionally falling asleep during the day at least once in the preceding month due to insufficient sleep.

#2: HRV - Your Stress Score

HRV stands for Heart Rate Variability and is THE measure of how well your body can respond to stressors, both physical and mental. Pro athletes have been using it extensively for decades.

What’s amazing about HRV is that it provides a comprehensive view of your overall health since stress, sleep, diet and exercise are all reflected in your HRV. So we are able to directly show people the affects of their lifestyle choices.

HRV is also considered a “Life-Force” score, since it naturally drops gradually as we age and acutely tanks when we push ourselves too hard. Caffeine and other stimulants can mask our actual energy levels, so staying on top of your HRV can help you make sure you don’t burnout and then need a lot more time to recover.

A study in the European Heart Journal found that every 10 ms increase in HRV is associated with a 20% reduction in the risk of death from all causes!

#3: Heart Rate Zone Training

You probably already know that regularly getting your heart rate up in the “zone” is the key to:

  • Cognitive Enhancement

  • Metabolism

  • Stress Resilience

  • Greatly reducing the chance of heart disease, the number one killer in the US

Studies show that spending just 90-150 minutes per week in the moderate-intensity “Zone 2” (60-70% of maximum heart rate) can significantly improve cardiovascular health and endurance. Zone training can also increase heart rate variability (HRV) by as much as 10-15%, indicating better stress resilience and recovery.

Moderate intensity training is generally when you’re heart rate is elevated but you can still keep a conversation going. You don’t need to go into the “red-zone” where you are so out of breath that you can’t talk to get most of the aerobic benefits.

Hiking is by far the best way to get your zone training in since it also helps with mental and emotional health. All of the smart watches nowadays will help you calculate your threshold for Zone Training and help you stay in the zone.

AI Health Coaching

The average person will struggle trying to implement healthy lifestyle habits because there is so much misinformation out there. Remember when low-fat diets were the fad, until a body of evidence made it really clear that healthy fats were actually the key to mental health and longevity.

There is no “one size fits all” type of diet and your dietary needs change over time. By analyzing HRV after a meal we are able to show users the real-time impacts of their diet, and offer them suggestions for more healthy options that fit their unique body.

Our Health Coaching initially focuses on building a strong foundation and helping people fill in any deficiencies. For example, most people are deficient in Magnesium which is an ideal supplement to take in certain forms before bedtime to relax the body and brain.

The key is providing the health advice contextually, like if a user has had a poor night of sleep, reminding of ways that help offset the effects, like taking vitamin C to boost their immunity. Plus, providing them with tips throughout the day to better their chances for catching up on their sleep the next night, like no caffeine within 8 hours of bedtime.

Even though we are utilizing AI for our Health Coaching to make it more engaging, we have guardrails limiting the recommendations to a specific set that are generally considered safe by medical professionals. Also, we always suggest that the user consults with their doctor before taking any new supplements or making drastic lifestyle changes.

Feedback is Gold

Psychological safety is one of the three things employees value most in today’s workplace, but only 86% of regular employees feel psychologically safe! This means that if you don’t have a mechanism for employees to be able to submit meaningful feedback without fear of retaliation then you could be loosing some of your top talent for issues that you could have addressed, had you known about them.

Wellnia is designed with emotional health in mind, so we provide users with a chance to provide daily feedback on how they are feeling. This gives you a barometer of the overall sentiment of teams and the corporation.

End users aren’t able to be see the results of others, so they aren’t swayed, but managers and executives can see the aggerates to understand if they need to address some issue causing disharmony.

With our pricing model we are targeting a 10X return on the costs of our service when you add up the savings in productivity, health care costs, burnout, and talent retention. We take a sliding scale approach so we are accessible to organizations of all sizes.

Community and support are fundamental needs we all share but it’s such a challenge to find and keep these in today’s fast paced world which seems to keep accelerating.

Entrepreneurship, especially when scaling, is one of the most challenging things someone can consciously take on so we need all of the support that we can get! How many more people would take the leap of faith of starting their own business if they felt supported?

But almost all of the entrepreneurial organizations that currently exist fall way short of helping cultivate a truly resilient mindset and creating the deeper type of community we’re all seeking.

A Conscious Chamber of Commerce

The Spiritual Entrepreneur Society is like a Conscious Chamber of Commerce mixed with a Mastermind and Support Network.

Weekly in-person luncheons, group outings in nature, bi-monthly masterminds and monthly Re:generosity Rounds all expertly facilitated are the pillars.

Layer in intimate Jeffersonian Dinners, monthly mistake sharing gatherings and annual summits, then you’ve got one hell of an inspirational and authentic feeling community.

Multiple tiers ensures that it’s affordable to everyone while being able to provide exclusive experiences to higher tiers.

The vision for SES is quite audacious; to first expand to every major city in the US and then throughout the world!

We are building a movement that is long overdue and we are bringing the masculine structure to anchor the feminine nature of the spiritual mindset.

We envision being able to help tens of millions of people step into entrepreneurship as they are faced with the harsh reality of being replaced by AI at corporations.

Portable Belonging

Just imagine being able to land in any sizeable city in the world knowing that you can instantly connect with other kindred spirits without having to be a superconnector. All you have to do is reach out the local chapter’s leadership and ask for help connecting with the right people there.

How many people would end up moving somewhere else if they could instantly become part of a community there?

It’s all about who you know

One of the most important aspects of business is getting introduced to the right people at the right time. But those “right” people are usually the most selective with their time, which is why one of the most valuable things we offer is the personal intros through one of our supperconnectors.

Activating and Rewarding Volunteers

Members who volunteer to host events and make intros are rewarded with credits that reduce their dues and we foresee some stellar members who will end up having free memberships for years.

Supporting Each Other

We encourage members to provide discounts and gifts to other members to create a culture of Give-First, creating an upward spiral of mutual support and generosity. Tracking the energy exchanges makes it easier to see who are the givers and support them as a priority when they need it.

Masterminds and Retreats

Our masterminds are intimate pods of just 8 members who are all matched based on their business growth stage and domain. Expertly facilitated and following a proven format to make the most of the 90 minutes we spend together every other week.

Accountability and group problem solving are usually what bring people in but they stay for the community feeling.

In-person retreats allow us to bring members together in intimate ways in new locations, allowing them to realign and get clarity on their path forward. The Masterminds following the retreats lock in that momentum!

Mentorship Connector

No matter who you are and what you’ve accomplished, it seems like we could always use a mentor but they can be so illusive and inconsistent.

Facilitating the thoughtful introduction to mentors and providing a template for what an ideal relationship looks like to ensure that both the mentor and the mentee get the most out of their time together and have clear expectations.

Re:generosity Rounds

Once a month we run a Re:generosity Round, which is a gamified way of members helping each other with asks. Teams of up to 12 people form and have 5 days to fulfil each of the team mates requests. This removes the tit-for-tat dynamics and makes it about the group’s success.

The SES Summit

Hosting a few annual TEDx style gatherings allows the cross-pollination of ideas and for people to see who else is working towards the same shared vision. We envision these becoming annual homecomings where members rekindle relationships and are re-inspired to think big!

Growth Strategy

It’s all about partnerships! There are so many amazing organizations out there already which are filled with the kind of people we are seeking. Partnering allows them to gain further exposure and attract more members, especially when members share which other groups they are a part of!

Crowdfunding allows us to do a membership drive and understand which cities we should expand to next. Members living in cities where we haven’t launched yet get to tap into the virtual meetings and other perks while having their membership extended for free.

What is a Spiritual Entrepreneur

We mean Spiritual as in a belief that the Universe is Conscious and that our thoughts can affect reality! We don’t mean religious so SES is open to everyone.

Our use of the entrepreneur term is meant in the broad sense that encompasses people who are leaders, intrapreneurs, and even aspiring entrepreneurs.

At this very moment there are millions of entrepreneurs and business leaders throughout the world who feel like giving up because the strain is becoming too much! They feel lost, unsupported and disconnected; struggling to make it through each long day and sleep through the night without waking up full of fear.

Then there are hundreds of thousands of corporate workers who just lost their jobs to AI in the last few months and are realizing that the security that they thought they had was an illusion. So many of them have dreams of starting their own company and being able to do things their way finally!

There are countless groups out there that you could join that are supposed to help alleviate the pain of being an entrepreneur but seem filled with repetitive self-promotion and could hardly be referred to as a community.

A Conscious Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber of Commerce is supposed to be the place in every city that would support entrepreneurs and business leaders who are seeking a community but unfortunately, it’s rare to find much more than typical networking. And of course discussing consciousness is still a taboo.

When you’re a conscious entrepreneur or business leader, you crave a much deeper level of authentic connection and a supportive community of kindred spirits that meets regularly. This is the oxygen that allows you to keep powering through the endless challenges!

A Conscious Chamber of Commerce is the closest analogy to what we are building but that probably doesn’t do our unique structure justice.

The Re:generosity Society Vision

Our mission is to facilitate meaningful connections and acts of generosity between Entrepreneurs, Business Leaders and Mentors.

Our vision is audacious since this is one of the core qualities we aim to inspire in our members!

We envision being the conscious alternative to the Chamber of Commerce in every major city, where members have multiple meaningful in person gatherings to attend each week, along with monthly online meetings that bring together people from all over the world to focus on specific domains and help each other.

The common denominator with all of our offerings is introductions, connections and sharing, which we believe can make all of the difference between success and failure.

Generosity Directory

We encourage all of our members to provide free sessions or discounts to other members to create solidarity and a give-first culture. We make it easy to offer and track through our Generosity Directory so you can see how members have been willing to support each other.

This is where being in the higher tiers can really pay off with access to amazing offers but we believe that many members will easily get their membership dues back by the offers available in any of the tiers. Freebies also provide members with credits to make it easier to level up tiers.

Re:generosity Rounds

Once a month we run a Re:generosity Round, which is a gamified way of members helping each other with asks. Teams of up to 12 people form and have 5 days to fulfil each of their team mate’s requests; with just one per member.

When joining you only see the requests of the existing group members taking out the bias and making it easier to enter. A kickoff zoom meeting introduces the group’s participants and helps them clarify their intentions.

There is a competitive aspect to see how quickly groups can fulfil all of the member’s requests and what magnitude of asks can be met! At the end of the 5 days we hold a ceremony to celebrate the wins and share the stories of what people received!

This structure removes the tit-for-tat dynamics and makes it about the group’s success. It also makes it much easier for people to reach out to their network to ask for help on behalf of others in their group.

Hivemind Meetings

Monthly online Hivemind meetings that bring the larger communities from all over the world together to share about their wins and challenges. Segmented based on domain and level of experience to ensure a coherent experience.

A great place to meet potential partners and co-founders. The larger groups are expertly facilitated and the smaller groups follow our meeting format to ensure that everyone’s voices are heard.

The meetings are recorded, except when opted out, in order for AI to distill the best nuggets and be able to share those with the larger community in our newsletters. So even if you can’t make it to a meeting, you’re still in the loop!

Mastermind Groups

Quarterly commitment to show up weekly or bi-weekly to meet with your cohort which are matched on domain and revenue level. Our masterminds are facilitated by pro coaches and are geared for those who are seeking personal growth through their business ventures.

We charge a separate program cost for the Masterminds based on your revenue level to be able to provide a high quality experience.

Mentorship Connector

No matter who you are and what you’ve accomplished, it seems like we could always use a mentor but they can be so illusive and inconsistent.

We know a lot of people struggle to ask for help, which is why we have one of our staff facilitate the thoughtful introduction to mentors as part of our onboarding process.

We provide a template for what an ideal relationship looks like to ensure that both the mentor and the mentee get the most out of their time together and have clear expectations.

Weekly Luncheons

An easy opportunity to drop in with your community in person each week to share about your wins and challenges. We try to segment in order to match people up to their peer groups.

Only available in cities with over 100 members.

Authentic Hikes

Our authentic hikes are the best way to network for outdoorsy people. We partner up for shoulder to shoulder connections kicked off by a prompt designed to cut through all of the small talk and straight to who you really are. Fifteen minutes cycles ensure you get to meet plenty of people during the 90 min hike while having enough time to go deep with them.

Legal Docs Sharing

We are building out a directory of the most common legal docs to save our members on attorney fees and so that they don’t rely upon the flimsy drafts provided by AI. We provide members credits for sharing to incentivize.

Jeffersonian Dinners: The Intimate Events focused on Action

Sharing food is already a bonding experience but done via a Jeffersonian dinner at someone’s home is another level. The key is nine people or less, focused on one impactful topic to be able to take action on.

Done monthly with members rotating hosting and the host picking the topic. Our style is for those that are sick of the typical mental masturbation and want to connect with other change agents to lay out tangible plans!

Shit Shows

Our Shit Shows are an evening of bonding and storytelling over our worst mistakes and how we were able to recover from them.

Twenty minute per person on stage to inspire others that no matter what happens to you, it’s always possible to recover. Plus, hearing about how badly others have fucked up should make you feel much better about your own!

We start the evening with our authentic style networking designed to help you meet more people and go deeper then you normally would.

Only available in cities with over 500 members.

Summits

Onboarding New Members

Our monthly onboarding calls allow us a chance to orient our new members and ensure that they get the most from their membership and the network. Our intention is for all of our members to feel welcomed and to plug in fully!

Our base membership is meant to always be affordable and packed with goodness so it should be a no-brainer for any committed entrepreneur. It’s currently only $360/year.

Our 3 other tiers go up by roughly 3X over each other and are mainly for growth stage or legacy oriented entrepreneurs who are seeking more intimate gatherings, like the Jeffersonian Dinners, and more concierge style services.

We are 501c6 nonprofit so all of the revenue goes back into our services to be able to provide the highest level that we possibly can to support our members.
