Christian has been working with his company, Instant Nonprofits, for many years and it sounds like they are doing okay and he’s able to support a team but it’s not necessarily making that much money. He wants to launch this act brand that would allow him to really go after the big-ticket sales and he was on a show recently called Go Fund Yourself, which is like the Shark Tank alternative. He’s been doing a lot with the code and other autonomous agents. He said he was doing a multi-step discovery process with his clients that feels very organic and that he was able to then feed the transcript and get AI to do most of the work for him.
The big thing is it seems like there’s a strong possibility to work together to help them get their operations in order. He would be coming in as a fractional CIO to examine their tech and build out an AI implementation plan. It sounds like they need automated testing for their website because it’s a big deal if that breaks. We need to see how we could possibly set up these kinds of services where we have automated testing for their websites that’s done daily to make sure it’s all working and to alert them if it’s not.
The other thing I realized is that everyone always needs to have a staging site for making website changes and hopefully they do at this level with WordPress. I also realize we need a questionnaire for new clients that they can go through.
