Dmitri Sunshine: LinkedIn post idea if you’re sleep deprived going into the week, instead of reaching for more caffeinated beverages which carry a high interest rate, consider these few supplements that are so much more potent and restore energy at a core level instead of borrowing it at a high interest.
Dmitri Sunshine: Creatine as a number one with like at least 10 grams a day and it helps to do this every day so you build up a bank of it.
Dmitri Sunshine: Ltyrosine to give you more natural energy and L carnitine for additional energy.
Dmitri Sunshine: Those last two are just amino acids, so they’re very natural.
Dmitri Sunshine: By the way, I always do L Theanine and some nice source of fat with coffee. It helps to smooth out the coffee high so you don’t have such a peak.
Dmitri Sunshine: The other thing is you really need a good source of choline, so unless you’re eating like six eggs for breakfast, try taking some alpha GPC or some phosphatidylcholine.
