All right, so I just had meetings with David Hodgson and Karen Pear.

With David, the things that came to mind during the meeting was that he’s tagging people on LinkedIn like in the comments and people he doesn’t even know that well.

I also realized I need to reach out to Brian Matibo who did the proximity event that was at last night, to get the photos, since he had photos and videos from him to be able to post on LinkedIn about this and help them promote it.

I also need to ask Chris Clever permission to post because I make a little video of him and because you know, I would love to talk more about this topic.

David apparently goes to the socap which is a social capital conference or has in the past at some point, which made me think about how still want to reach out to some of these conferences and how could do this essentially like hybrid play. Because if we can propose doing regenerosity rounds for match keys at the conferences, that’ll be amazing. And if we can get through. Because the biggest thing that I had was just reaching out to the conference organizers was a pain in the ass getting all the materials in place. But I really should have been letting Claude code do much more of that.

So I’m considering doing a similar play as I did with with building out Solana sys to have the cloud code build out the whole new website, take screenshots, like really put everything together for me. So essentially it’s running that campaign and do this cold outreach.

I do need to figure out like if we do that, what’s the domain that we would. Because we need to warm up a domain for this. So need to decide what exactly we’re doing with like which way we’re going about it. And so if we need to start warming up an email domain now so we don’t mess up our main one, but maybe who cares with TheMatchKeys.com, but yeah, it sounds like if I want that ever come back, I need to choose between the IO which you already have for the app or using I think we even have the dot org.

The other thing I realized is I want to research more about the SoCAP and social essentially impact investing. Like I need to do a search on chat GBT about what’s the best biggest issues that they’re facing right now. Like can we address any of those? Could we come, you know, how could Solanasis come into that space?

The other thing that came up was like doing salons. People love to gather in community and share, show and tell So I need to see how I could pull that together, like do a 90 minute connection point with people. What needs to be the, what needs to be the theme and structure which we can, you know, iterate upon, but like just give people five to 10 minutes to do. Maybe the idea is like five minutes showing 10 minutes of, well, 10 minutes total. So five minutes showing five minutes Q& A.

And I still would love to launch this Generosity Directory. So this is where I really want to make sure I use up all my Claude Code credits every single week so that this Generosity Directory is something that could get launched and could, you know, essentially do cold email outreach campaign to a bunch of businesses and like especially local businesses and then do get them on a waiting list. Right. How can we play this kind of game where we have like a newsletter, you know, do we use like convertkit style? But essentially it’s like how do we do that kind of growth play?

And I need to update my profile on the Gaian League that David Huxon runs because that’s the essentially the Match Keys competitor that he has that has a bunch of people in it. So let’s see who I can get connected with. And also reminds me of like next play. Really need to get in there. Yeah.

It’s funny it speaking with David made me feel like could I make Match Keys work by being actually more hands off about it letting AI run, like the marketing and the website, all this part and just make sure that comes across as legit because people don’t really read it anyways and how, you know, what else is possible there.

So. Yeah, if I do go with trying to get Match Keys to work again, I think I have to change LinkedIn to say that I’m doing it part time. I think I also need to sign up for the GitHub Pro, which is like four bucks a month because that would allow us to have this like it’s security reviews that we could tap into with Claude code. So having, you know, another review done is really helpful.

And he also shared about this like open source pen testing tool, which makes me realize, oh yeah, like we should all be using that for our own stuff. We can’t do pen testing on other people’s stuff, but we could do it to our own. And that remind me of like the security plugin from Claude Code that I should be checking out and seeing how that can help us.

He also said there’s a guy, Jerry Mykowski, who I remind him of, but he’s like, Jerry’s like 60 years old, which is great. Because I would love to find mentors and people like myself. He also mentioned checking out this Quorum one group, which is a co op and Hank was the person, the point person. So he sent me those links.

Um, and I realized that I need to put together a resume essentially, like a resume for my portfolio. Like my portfolio could go more in depth and include kind of a resume on there. So I just need to flesh that out more. But yeah, that’s something that I think is really important to have the MrSunshine Me site or zamistersunshine.com if I get that domain instead. But yeah, just see if the MrSunshine me is enough.

And I need to double check that the CODA API access works properly because I want COD code to work in our CODA more. And this is where if I’ve got different API keys, I can connect to both my local and my separate Solanasys codas. And ideally we always use a API to CLI Porter app since cloud code works way better with CLI than it does APIs.

Yeah. And with Karen Pear, she’s. It’s funny, she knows some of the same people, but yeah, remind me of. I need to reach out to Lori Kirkland who’s in Denver, and we actually connected at a proximity collective event. And yeah, figure out when we could connect because she’s doing similar things with AI implementation.

Karen is really early in her journey with the with becoming a fractional. She had worked at like Big Tech or not Big Tech, but big financial services firms for a while like Citi and aig. But we also connected around like the health boards.

The other thing it reminded me of is like getting out to more events, like to these CTO lunches. So I need to reach out to Ben, the neighbor around the CTO lunches.

And that’s really it. I need to really just keep focusing on getting all the fractional boards. So I’m just covering all my bases and think about what else is there. And think about like, how can I have these, like, you know, is there Claude code plugins or skills to where I could basically say like, okay, what do you need for me to really be able to run all of our stuff with match keys, like to really market this for us. Like, how do you, how do you have Claude really act as your go to market team? Where it’s like doing all this based on all the information you’ve given it around this and how it could best portray it. Right. So it’s kind of like figuring out the product market fit for you. So this is where being hands off is really cool.
