Mr. Sunshine: All right, so today’s Sunday and it’s a day of outreach. I need to go through my full LinkedIn list of people and ask them if they know if anyone looking for a CIO. I have to be very careful of like, you know, who and how I ask. So I need a couple different messages written up. And also, yeah, I mean, it’s important not to come across as spammy. So that’s main thing right now is coming up with the messaging around this and prepare to do that and then go back to managing like these 10 different Claude code instances I have running to do various things because I want to make sure I use up all my credits each week or as much of my credits as possible because I have a lot of work that I would love for it to do.

Mr. Sunshine: So I’m also considering setting up this automated system where I have a scheduled task that checks whether or not there’s something in ClickUp that hasn’t been done yet by cloud code and could track it. Like maybe it be a separate list for all the cloud code stuff or maybe it’s just a tag, I don’t know. This is where I need cloud code to help me come up with this. But what I was thinking was that because my usage resets on Tuesdays at 2pm, if essentially on Saturday at, you know, or in the morning maybe. Right. It’s still under 70%, then we know that we could kick off and start doing more of these tasks and maybe it runs like every single night after Saturday to make sure we’re actually working through these. Yeah. Wondering what other people have stitched together for this.

Mr. Sunshine: I gotta finish setting up my profile on the Go Fractionals and on the Conscious Talent board, which actually will probably be. One of the first things is just to take my bios that I’ve had cloud code help me work up. I need a. I need to consider if we want to build out our CRM to have like all these organizations and websites and keep my notes about them. Because I mean, like, having thousands of records isn’t a problem if we have them well categorized and right now have so much stored in this Raindrop Bookmark Manager.

Mr. Sunshine: But like there’s a bunch of things that AI, you know, keeps saying, oh, you should get on, you know, like Fordium Partners to be listed as a fractional. And then when I look at it, I’m like, dude, like they’re really clearly saying they’re only accepting people who want to have them be like their only thing. So it’s like it doesn’t work if you’re doing anything else. And so yeah, it’s weird. It’s weird how much I still gets wrong. Which is where it’s nice to have this like can we have our CRM be our source of truth and maybe even you know, have Supabase be used so that it is also the vector database. Yeah.

Mr. Sunshine: And then the other thing is we want to do this cold outreach to like attorneys or whoever we can start doing that to. Even though like it takes like three or four weeks to really warm up a new domain, I still have my. I mean I’m willing to risk sending some from our Solanasis domain just like you know, five a day. It seems like that should work that you should be able to not get caught like unless people all start reporting as spam. So it’s just a matter of having good enough, good enough messaging there.

Mr. Sunshine: I’m also still trying to consider if I could make Match Keys work for having cloud code do this whole get to market. So could it rebuild the site and essentially come up with the pipelines and all this other work that’s possible. This is where I mean having a our own like proper CRM which I ideally would be Match Keys because I’m building in all the CRM functionality. But we could also just use the ERP Next system that he got set up instead of trying to push base row. So I’m okay with doing the self hosting functionality for the the ERP next to make it really work well for us because it seems like Claude code is able to make the changes fairly quickly to it even though it’s kind of a janky system compared to like what I had set up with Sam and still working on trying to get all the functionality that I had in Sam set up in Match Keys.

Mr. Sunshine: So yeah, there’s a lot, there’s a lot that I’m juggling but it’s mostly today it’s just like dude, tap your network, you have so many more people and if you just come across as like, hey, can I ask you a quick favor? You know, do you know anybody and have some vulnerability there? Like, you know, I launched this after my failed startup. This is something that I’ve got tons of experience with and yeah, and the other thing is reaching out to specific people like Vinay from Tiffin to see like are they looking for founders?

Mr. Sunshine: One of the main things I’m realizing when I scour job boards is just like how blah most of those are. So right now I’m trying to only look for ones with contract positions. And I’m also trying to get the cloud code to set up a script to do scraping. So essentially, like, how can I automate outreach to organizations to offer, like, if they’re looking for someone, be like, hey, do you really need this? Or can we come in essentially me, can I come in as a fractional for you?

Mr. Sunshine: My feeling is that if I go and just find some full time work, I will end up just getting stuck there. It’s the golden handcuffs kind of thing. And I really want to make sure I come back to this empowered state of being an entrepreneur and having the, having this freedom. Especially with our baby coming, it’s important to make sure that we’ve got that I have this like, ability to not be beholden. Which, I mean, I guess when you have clients, like even as a fractional, you are beholden in some ways. But I think they would understand if I’m, you know, taking time out to help care for Lily and our son so that we can, so I can make sure we provide for them. Unless, I mean, unless I have some clients that are willing to pay so much that it makes more sense to hire someone to come in and help. But still I want to make sure I’m taking enough time to connect with our new baby. It’s really exciting.

Mr. Sunshine: Let’s see, is there anything else? Yeah, I mean, I’ve still barely hit up my email network and messaging. Like I’ve been, I probably need to, you know, do the messaging from the MacBook because I can connect it to the phone because that makes it so much easier to send, you know, type up the messages and send them properly.

Mr. Sunshine: Yeah, so lots of outreach. Just stay, yeah, stay juggling and yeah, I’m excited to see how I can get all these things in place and just like, hopefully slowly starts to like solidify such a strong base. And I think also with all the AI tools it’s like we’ve had a lot of disruption and at a certain point it will kind of start to like also solidify. So it’s not so much constant keeping up. It’s like, okay, here’s the like tried and true stack at least for, you know, the rest of 2026 that we can utilize when we come in.

Mr. Sunshine: Oh, the other things I was thinking was the, like, make sure we’ve got the materials for the orb that we are. So our main offering for this operational resilience and putting that as a one pager or putting that link to the orb or to the pitch deck, possibly from the one pager. So anyways have to think through all that.
