- +25%: acquisitions/mergers, multi-tenant, chaotic vendor handoff
- +35%: “compliance-grade” documentation expectations within ORB
Change-order rule: confirm uplift (or none) by end of Day 2.
Add-ons (keep few)
- Second restore test: +5,000
- Executive tabletop: +6,000
- Policy mini-pack (5 policies): +9,000

Same scope. Optional 10% discount if needed, or keep full price and emphasize value.
